Summer Season (July 1 - August 31) - $175 per night double occupancy, $25 per each additional person. |

Reservation Information
A deposit must accompany all reservations. The first night of your stay must
be paid for in advance in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations for
four nights or longer require one-half the total as a deposit. Balance is due
in full upon your arrival. Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Travelers Check,
Visa, Master Card or Discover. Personal checks are accepted
as a deposit only.
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will
be charged. The balance of your deposit will be refunded provided you notify
us 21 days before the date of your arrival. If less than 21 days notice is given,
your deposit may be refunded minus the $25 cancellation fee if we are able to re-rent
your room for the period reserved. There are no refunds on early departures.

Arrival and Check Out
Check in between 3pm and 7pm ~ Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals.
Check out before 11am.
